24 Sévres, backed by the luxury conglomerate LVMH, redefines the luxury retail experience in the digital space. In a dynamic collaboration, Design & Build Co. teamed up with LVMH's Visual Image Studio in London and the 24 Sévres team in Paris. Our mission was to craft a series of monthly immersive shopping experiences, enhancing customer engagement during the crucial first year post-launch. Our approach focused on detailed User Experience analysis with an emphasis on Conversion Rate Optimisation. This strategy culminated in creating intuitive and distinguished online experiences, setting 24 Sévres apart in a highly competitive market.
