CRAFTING A RECOGNISABLE BRAND FROM SCRATCH.
Creating an instantly recognisable brand and user interface for a new luxury eCommerce destination requires a meticulous approach. We started by researching the target audience and their preferences, including their aesthetic and design preferences. Based on our research, we created a detailed Style Guide that reflects the brand's personality and values and verified the design direction by creating designing a series of key moments across various sections of the new website, social channels, and app.
BUILDING TRUST AND BRAND LOYALTY
A refined user interface can help build trust and credibility with customers, especially for new brands. By creating a highly creative direction for the brand, coupled with a flexible design system, Fabric of Society's customers are more likely to trust the brand and feel confident in making a purchase. A consistent and recognisable visual language across all touchpoints, including the website, social, and email, can also help to reinforce the brand identity and build brand loyalty.
DESIGN SYSTEMS FOR CONSISTENCY
To create consistency across all channels, we created a design system that can adapt to web, social, and email. We started by identifying key visual components that could be used across all channels, such as color palette, typography, and imagery style. We then created a set of design guidelines that defined these elements and how they should be used consistently across all channels. To ensure adaptability, we designed the system to be modular and scalable, allowing it to be easily adjusted for different content types and layouts. This allowed us to create variations of the templates and modules that could be tailored for specific campaigns or channels, while still maintaining consistency with the overall design system.
